1 point perspective study

This was the result of about 10-12 hours of work over the course of 3 weeks. This is a pencil drawing of a hallway in Drexel’s main building on the 3rd floor. The arches gave me a lot of trouble but im proud of the perspective. There was a requirement that there be an object in 2 point perspective somewhere in the scene, but I think the bench is distracting and I wish I could have left it be. The cabinets on the left were difficult because they obscured my vision of the wall/floor line. I had to draw a few objects in them too. Pictured is a vase and plate both from “unknown artists” taken from colonized countries during the time of their occupation. Drexel displays this stuff proudly? There is a placard on the wall at the end of this pictured hallway that explains that this “collection” was made in conjunction with a British guy who was the “Keeper of the India Museum”… yikes.
